Overdue NDP Pix and Vids
Heys all, I finally mustered the motivation to put all these up and I had a lot more, but I decided to just pick some so that it won't clog up my blog. And it doesn't help that my sister has NO intentions to transfer the stuff on the camera's memory card to me so I have to make do with phone camera pictures and videos. Oh wells. My blog has enough pictures and video in it as it does right now. =)
So enjoy the pix dearies! Just remember to mute the videos cos you're gonna hear a great deal of screaming. Haha.
I hate that guy in white behind me. He kept burping out loud throughout NDP! What the hell. Some people have just no manners. He didn't even have the decency to excuse himself after several people (including me) glared at him. Ugh.
The made-in-Singapore tattoo was sooo cute, Wen Han and I just HAD to put it on. Haha.
My favourite picture. I wanted to take a picture of the lights but then they suddenly released the fireworks and that's how I got this fantastic picture. So proud of myself! So proud of my phone! =)

My sister's favourite picture. She managed to capture three doses of fireworks in one picture. Lucky her. Oh and by the way, she was the one taking all the pictures of fireworks with her phone. Including the videos.
Did I mention how lucky we were? The fireworks were like, right in front of us! Lucky~
I personally think this is one of the prettiest. ^_^

New Lappie!~
I've finally got my new lappie, Acer Travelmate 6292! I love my baby lots!! X3
I got a pretty laptop sticker that is scratch-resistant, water-resistant and static-resistant. =) The small white sticker reads my name. ^_^

There're stickers provided for this part and even the touchpads+buttons as well. And of course there's the Blackforest sticker. XD
This is how my desktop currently looks. Familiar picture, anyone? ;) Oh and yes, I have a mini-keyboard on my sidebar. haha. coolies~!
I'm still playing around here and there as I am not very familiar with Vista, but I guess it'll work out fine...

Dread
I really dread growing up.
I miss all those times we did nothing all day and need not worry about what we would end up working as in the future.
I miss all those times we travelled to wherever we liked without much consideration for transport fees.
I miss all those times we giggled about crushes and eye-candies, and not need to worry about dire relationship problems.
I miss all those times we played basketball everyday during recess, and then smuggled food back to the classroom.
I miss all those times we had stayovers, those times we held each other's hands and fell asleep chatting.
I miss all those times we were idealistic and so argumentative, those times we formed our ideas, principles and beliefs, and stood up for them at all cost.
I guess that however much I dread growing up, however much I miss those good ol' days, I must be thankful for the wonderful, wonderful group of friends I have. It is sheer luck and good fortune that I have this group of close friends by my side.
This is a new phase of my life and as much as I detest new environments and making new friends with complete strangers, I must be thankful, for I have some of our clique people here with me in NUS. I must be thankful that if I need someone to talk to, I have so many other friends to approach. I must be thankful that I have left the most hostile (by-far) period of my life for good.
So when I lose this headache I'm getting over the bidding of modules, I guess I will see things more optimistically.
Ugh.
