The exhaustion was so much I almost couldn't take it. Lack of sleep (worse than my usual standards) and walking around outside for more than 12 hours straight every single day for a week added to lots of photo-taking = a half-dead She Hui. D:
Huh? What happened?
Well... My third maternal uncle and his family came over here from Taiwan to visit us for a week, which explains why I have been MIA for the past few days - because I was bringing them around Singapore.
It is true that we, as social animals, are being very much stuck in society's set ideals, especially when it comes to tourism. A great deal of time was spent on itineries of various spots in Singapore, and I might as well produce photos on what I have been doing the past week with my beloved cousin and her parents. =)
At the Science Centre... The girl who kept me going despite my exhaustion. :D
Sentosa
We were studying Mimosa (no, no, we were NOT bullying them. ABSOLUTELY NOT. >:D)
My Uncle Sam has the ability to bring about rain everywhere he went, and it was raining uber heavily in Sentosa. Nonetheless, he decided to bring his daughter down to the beach with him because the two of them had been yearning to play at the beach for years.
I like this picture :D
He claims that this is how Cynthia "swims". LOL.
Piggy-back ride! Awww so sweet =)
AND... While they were playing, we were hiding from the rain and I got caught dozing off. D:
Uncle Sam claimed that it was time for them to stop playing, but right after he said that he went on to bury his daugther's arms. LOL.
Bored of waiting, we began taking random pictures around.
And finally it was time fer dinner. I shared vegetarian noodles with Cynthia. :D
We stayed around until it was time for Song of the Sea - a show combining (not-too-great) music, (a tremendous amount of) water, (brilliant) laser lighting effects and (woots) fireworks! :D
And walking around, we saw Singapore's oh-so-sexy Merlion. Here's a seductive side view.
Monday morning - paying respects to my grandpapa. I think this picture of Cynthia is TOTALLY COOL. <33333 My uncle (second uncle, the "extra" blue THING) always like to lurk behind other people when they are taking photos. Tsk. So extra.
She likes Jia Jia Liang Cha, just like me. ^____^ (oh and there's another extra blue thing in the left hand corner)
Dinner at East Coast Park - expensive AND not tasty. ~___~ But we headed there anyways cos Uncle Sam INSISTED that he wanted to have dinner while facing the sea. Another extra guy. No wonder he is brothers with my second uncle. Hahahaha.
Welcome to Singapore Zoo - The kid had the most fun here. It was interesting for me too, especially since I haven't been to the zoo since 10 years ago. :O They made it much more interesting to visit, there was an obvious lack of cages and enclosures. Not too bad, really, except for the stenches.
Some weird plant along the way...
I was totally looking forward to this.
OMG I THINK I'M IN LOVE <333333333333333333333333333333333
She was staring at me! And she is soooo drop-dead gorgeous. *swoons*
Welcome to Sentosa - Phamplet picture 1.
No. I really took this myself. Haha.
Elephants are so cute too <333
And while we were watching elephants, these two were stalking a random mouse.
I was totally shocked when I saw these monkeys. They totally resemble humans!! (more like Caucasians) OMG~
Cute and interesting signboards. The only problem is: the directions aren't really clear. ~__~ Squirrels!! We spent the longest time here because the kiddo loves the innocent looks on the squirrel's faces. x3 I love squirrels too~ <3333 And while we were staring at the squirrels, my Uncle Sam was napping in a *cough* *cough* *COUGHsuperunglamCOUGH* position.
And since he was napping, Cynthia and I sneaked back to the squirrels again and this was what we saw. Totally adorable~!!! And then it was meerkats, looking at me while I snapped my camera! OMG <33333
Welcome to Sentosa - Pamphlet picture 2. Took this just before lunch.
And finally out of the zoo and towards my great-aunt's place in Jurong. I was already beat by this time. @___@
Dinner At Chomp Chomp - apparently I was the only one who didn't care enough about the food, cos I was the only one who bothered to make a pose for the picture. :D
Back at home... she was so engrossed in the game that when her mummy asked her to pose for a picture, she shifted her head but no matter how hard her mummy urged her, her eyes were glued onto the computer screen. Hahahaha so cute <3333
Sending them off at the airport
They are TOTALLY in love with the soya milk ice cream from Mr. Bean. So we got ecstatic when we saw a Mr. Bean outlet here. Ahahahahaha.
My fourth aunt came to send them off too... She commented that I "looked ugly" cos she thought that I was wearing too little. D: (Like, PUH-LEASE, got tube inside LAH!)
Tada~ End of chronicles. Phew. We all took 919 photos in total. :O And I posted only like what, less than 50?? And it already took me a good few hours to get this post up. Now I'm back to busy school + work. No time for a breather at all! @____@

Missing You~
I think about you every single day, I do.
I try my best to keep myself updated with your life. I know it's not easy fer our friendship to last given our years of distance, but we have pulled through.
I miss you. I miss you lots. Sometimes I get angry and sad about how life just has to tear us apart. Often I still cry when memories flood me and I miss you like every other day.
I remember all those days where you had no one but me, and I had no one but you. I remember all the promises we made, I remember all the bits and pieces of memories that we shared. I remember those times we just spent strolling, hand in hand, not needing to say a word and yet we can feel our love fer each other. I remember, I do.
I know you have to grow up. I know new friends will enter your life. I know you will have important people in your life, perhaps even more important than me. I know you will never ever read this, I know you don't really have the extra energy to care about what is going on with me most of the time. I know it's hard fer us to stay in contact given our situations.
Do you remember what I once told you?
I will love you forever. As long as you and I exist, I will love you til the end of time.
I miss you, Pengxiao. And I love you.

My All-time favourite quote from Genso Suikoden 2...
Genso Suikoden 2 - Reminiscence
Power?
Am I looking for Power?
Ever since the first day I saw you...
I somehow knew that we would be friends...
I was never lonely because you were there.
It felt like those days would last forever.
We walked along the same paths because... we chose Life and Death together.
I believed in you... always... because we shared so much...
P/S: To Oi Hui Fang: NOTHING bad happened to my friendship with anybody, this is a Q-U-O-T-A-T-I-O-N. Goooooooon~
PP/S: This has been one of my favourite quotes for many many years, but lately I am re-playing my favourite game in the world and I saw the quote again, so I felt like sharing it. =)
